Are you encountering challenges in any of the following areas?
*Seeing a doctor whenever you have new troublesome symptoms should be your first step.
02 Your Mind
I combine my clinical nutrition expertise with insights from behaviour change psychology to help you make sustainable, personalised changes. By focusing on what truly matters to you, you can begin making decisions guided by your own values rather than external pressures. This shift frees up mental space once occupied by negative food or body thoughts, allowing you to invest more energy in nurturing relationships and pursuing personal interests- old and new. Ultimately, it is about empowering you to take charge of your health and life in a way that feels deeply fulfilling.
